What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can lead onboarding and training, use data to improve adoption and outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and build long-term stakeholder trust.

I’m a Customer Success and Program Management professional with 15+ years of experience driving stakeholder engagement, onboarding, training, and cross-functional initiatives. I build trusted relationships, resolve complex issues, and deliver high-touch support in fast-paced environments.

In my current role, I serve as a trusted advisor to manage a diverse portfolio of stakeholders and ensure successful outcomes. I design and facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and training programs that improve adoption of processes and technology while maintaining confidential records and compliance documentation with exceptional accuracy and professionalism.

I partner with administrators, faculty, district leadership, and community organizations to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and resolve challenges. I also oversee communications, scheduling, reporting, and documentation across multiple concurrent priorities, using data and performance metrics to drive continuous process improvements.

I bring a strong technology adoption mindset, including expertise in AI-powered workflows, and I’m comfortable leveraging analytics, automation, and collaboration tools to improve outcomes. I’m especially energized by opportunities where I can strengthen customer relationships, elevate enablement programs, and turn insights into better adoption and experience.
