I am a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst and Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience working across Salesforce consulting, business analysis, solution design, product ownership, and digital transformation. I have worked with global enterprise organizations, partnering closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

My experience spans the full business analysis lifecycle — discovery and requirement gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria, solution workshops, configuration, integrations, UAT, and implementation. I enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, particularly where a complex business problem needs to be converted into a practical, user-focused solution.

I have strong experience across Salesforce technologies including Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CPQ, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. I am an Agentforce Specialist certified professional and have hands-on experience applying AI to real business processes. At Konecranes, I worked on Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, including integrating SAP/ERP information, mapping external data into Data Cloud, and using retrievers and Prompt Templates to improve case handling and automate responses. At Nokia, I worked with Salesforce and Data Cloud and also gained hands-on Apex experience.

I am particularly interested in AI-led CRM transformation, Agentforce, Data Cloud, intelligent automation, customer service transformation, and solving complex enterprise business problems.
