I’m a Business Operations Analyst supporting Verizon, Cisco, and Bank of America through Deloitte, where I own onboarding/offboarding operations and keep service levels on track. I’ve processed 500+ onboarding transactions while consistently meeting 24-hour SLAs.

I bring strong business operations and stakeholder management to every engagement, coordinating onboarding through Fieldglass, Beeline, Navigate, and ServiceNow. I maintain compliance records, collaborate across teams, and improve operational workflows through clear process documentation and root-cause thinking.

In my work with Cisco, I improved the Cisco Navigate compliance score from 56 to 69 and was recognized by Cisco CAM. I focus on continuous process improvement—turning operational signals into actionable reporting.

I’m currently pursuing a Master of Business Analytics and looking for Business Analyst / Operations Analyst roles where I can drive process improvement, operational reporting, and compliance-minded business decisions.
