What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead CRM, operations, account growth, and process-improvement initiatives where I can use KPI reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery to improve customer retention and business performance.

At CultureX, I manage enterprise accounts as the CRM and business liaison between clients and internal teams, using QBRs, pipeline tracking, renewal forecasts, and Power BI insights to protect retention and identify growth opportunities.

Previously, I led CRM and operational process implementation for B2B/B2C lead-management workflows at a home interior company. I coordinated 52+ cross-functional teams across Tier-1 cities and improved SQL conversion by 70%, from 10% to 17%, within three months.

I translate requirements and process gaps into actionable workflows through AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, root-cause analysis, UAT, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.

My experience also includes Salesforce implementation and funnel optimization at NoBroker, plus CRM-based booking, client requirement gathering, and escalation handling for Expedia NA through Startek.
