What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative higher-education role focused on advising, retention, and operational improvements, where I can use data-driven strategies to support student success and scale effective programs.

I am a student success professional who combines strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on advising to improve retention and academic outcomes. I advise large caseloads across diverse majors and prioritize student-centered, confidential support for at-risk populations.

I lead platform implementations and process improvements, having directed the university-wide rollout of Anthology Engage and configured technical solutions that reduced administrative workload and approval times. I design documentation, deliver training, and produce guidance materials to onboard staff and students efficiently.

My work blends qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making — from monitoring performance data to intervening early, to using engagement metrics to shape programming. I coordinate large events, manage budgets, and support governance for hundreds of student organizations while fostering leadership development.
