Client servicing & account management professional with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-account portfolios in agency environments. Seeking a fully remote, international role in client servicing, account management, or client success,owning client relationships end-to-end. I work well across time zones, with a focus on ownership and clear communication.

I'm a client relationship and account management professional with hands-on experience across sales support, CRM operations, and end-to-end client servicing. I'm a strong communicator with a background in both service delivery and business operations.

At Abasana Advertising, I serve as the primary point of contact across 12 client accounts, owning relationships from brief to delivery. I direct agency operations and lead a 15-member cross-functional team across creative, strategy, and account functions, translating client briefs and feedback into clear internal direction so campaigns are delivered on time and on brief. I also manage client escalations and day-to-day communication to maintain long-term relationships and retention.

Previously at APSK Productions, I managed end-to-end client servicing including onboarding, scheduling, and post-service coordination, and supported sales conversions through CRM handling, lead follow-ups, and package guidance.

I'm currently pursuing a BBA at Amity University while building hands-on experience in client-facing roles. I'm looking for a fully remote, international opportunity where I can bring this same ownership to a global or distributed team.
