What I'm looking for
I’m a client-focused Senior Account Manager specializing in brand relations, revenue maximization, and end-to-end campaign coordination. I partner closely with clients to understand requirements, align on brand issues, and communicate strategies that move work forward.
In my most recent role as a Senior Account Manager, I coordinate creative outputs with internal teams and then take the aligned thinking back to the client. I interface with clients frequently, maintain strong relationships, ensure client feedback is disseminated internally, and oversee quality and timely delivery across assigned accounts.
I previously served as an Assistant Manager in Experiential Art & Marketing Communications, where I supported revenue optimization and retention through consistent client servicing. I also worked with creative and digital teams to ensure campaigns and ads are delivered on time, with clear communication across internal stakeholders.
Earlier in my career, I grew into business development and client servicing roles—identifying new opportunities, building prospect databases, contributing to pitch presentations, and upselling products and services. I also bring a digital marketing foundation (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and analytics) and a strong track record of collaborating across operations, creative, and finance to deliver smoothly.
