I’m looking for consulting, business operations, or business development roles where I can own P&L, lead teams, and drive process improvements. I want to use Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI and strengthen client and vendor outcomes.

I’m a UK-based business operations professional with an MSc in International Business Management (Heriot-Watt University) and a BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I combine engineering-trained analytical thinking with hands-on execution to improve performance across operations, sales, and client management.

At Scotsman Hospitality Group, I held P&L accountability for a £12.7M revenue venue within the £132M portfolio, managing a 60+ person team. As Venue Manager, I drove operational improvements that helped sustain a top-3 ranking, while leading full venue operations across bar, restaurant, and events spaces.

I’m proud of delivering high-impact customer and team initiatives—like launching an Employee Recognition Programme and introducing QR-linked review capture to grow structured feedback at scale.
