What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end recruitment and HR operations—using HRMS and ATS to improve hiring quality, streamline onboarding/exit, and support employee engagement with strong compliance and empathy.

I’m an HR professional with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Talent Acquisition Operations, and IT & Non-IT Recruitment within startup environments. I focus on bringing clarity and consistency to hiring while ensuring the employee journey feels seamless from onboarding to exit.

I lead end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding. I’m also responsible for handling employee and candidate grievances with empathy and professionalism, while driving employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

On the HR operations side, I manage HRMS, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management, and I draft HR policies and SOPs for compliance and transparency. I collaborate on workforce planning, performance tracking, and process improvement, and I’m careful with documentation, database management, and the HR handoffs that keep teams moving.
