What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters professional growth and allows me to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented STEM graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Wake Forest University. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in clinical research, neuropharmacology, and human physiology, which I have applied in various healthcare settings. With a cumulative GPA of 3.73, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to excellence in my studies.

Throughout my experience as an Implementation Intern at the Wake Forest School of Medicine, I collaborated with a cross-functional team to enhance healthcare outcomes by optimizing Health-Related Social Needs screening protocols. My analytical skills were further honed through transcribing and analyzing qualitative interviews and performing quantitative data analysis using R and SAS. I have also served as a Patient Navigator Coordinator, where I facilitated communication across care teams and addressed patient-level barriers, ensuring equitable care delivery for over 80 patients.

In addition to my clinical experience, I have a strong background in healthcare policy research, having interned with Our National New Organization. My role involved conducting research on systemic inefficiencies in U.S. healthcare delivery and drafting policy recommendations. I am passionate about improving healthcare systems and am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge as a Medical Assistant.
