I am a Telecommunications Engineer with a B.Eng. (Hons) and CCNA 1-3 certification, focused on delivering reliable network infrastructure and customer-focused IT support. I combine network design, routing and switching expertise with broadband technologies such as DSL, fiber and cable to ensure seamless connectivity.
My hands-on experience includes routing, switching, remote diagnostics, CLI-based troubleshooting, Windows Server administration (including IIS), and first-line helpdesk support in enterprise and service provider environments. I have contributed to network planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance testing while participating in R&D and product ideation.
I also bring frontend development experience with React.js and a strong problem-solving ethos, delivering results through collaborative teamwork, clear communication, and disciplined technical workflows.
