I am a recent Telecommunications Engineering diploma graduate with hands-on internship experience at a major national operator, where I supported installation, maintenance, and optimization of voice, data and VoIP systems. I collaborate well in teams, solve complex technical problems, and adapt standard techniques to meet operational needs.

At TelOne I diagnosed and resolved integrated customer issues, ran call processing and traffic studies, and coordinated installations and relocations while working closely with network administrators and server engineers. I prepared project reports and presentations and contributed to improving customer experience through troubleshooting and feedback analysis.

I am committed to launching a career in telecommunications operations and network engineering, bringing strong technical troubleshooting, network configuration, and maintenance skills, along with effective time management and a practical, results-driven work ethic.
