Tapiwanashe Hazel Muradzikwa

At National Railways of Zimbabwe, I maintained and secured data links for railway signaling communications and troubleshot network and telephone system faults. I also provided first- and second-line support, prepared procedural documentation and weekly reports, and installed and administered Windows Server and Active Directory.

At Telone Mutare Main Exchange, I diagnosed fiber-optic and copper faults, maintained transmission links, and deployed and commissioned copper ADSL and GPON access infrastructure. I hold a BEng Honors degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Midlands State University and a National Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Telone Center for Learning.
