What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a telecommunications or network role where I can build, maintain, and upgrade reliable wired, wireless, and fiber networks, resolve complex faults, improve uptime, and continue growing with new technologies.

At TelOne Zimbabwe, I install, configure, maintain, and upgrade voice and data telecommunications networks for backbone and corporate clients. I work across Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, servers, access points, copper, and fiber infrastructure, including the Chitungwiza LTE Project.

I deploy and splice GPON/FTTx fiber networks, perform OTDR testing, terminate fiber at client premises, and support live network maintenance. My work reduced connectivity-related service callbacks by 25%, increased data transfer speeds by up to 40%, and resolved 70% of reported incidents remotely.

Previously, I led customer support at Liquid Home Zimbabwe and supported WiMAX and NOC operations at Telecontract. I enjoy diagnosing complex network faults, improving uptime, mentoring junior technicians, and delivering clear technical support to customers.
