At Agricultural and Rural Development Authority, I provided first- and second-line IT support for over 100 users. I configured routers, switches, and wireless access points, and diagnosed LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.

I also managed Active Directory accounts and permissions, maintained computers and networking equipment, and created IT documentation and inventory records.

For my final year project, I developed a vendor-neutral network discovery and documentation prototype with a web dashboard, Flask REST APIs, and SQLite inventory storage. Its discovery workflows used SNMP and ICMP, with SSH and LLDP/CDP for device interrogation and network-neighbour discovery.

I lab-tested the workflow in EVE-NG, where it identified six routed subnets and probed 69 IP addresses during a scan. I used the test results to assess discovery coverage and identify connectivity, device-response, and integration issues for further refinement.
