What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my customer service and credit card processing experience to an established support team, helping clients with issues, concerns, and daily interactions.

At TSYS, I worked in credit card processing from September 1993 until my retirement in October 2021, across roles including Administrative Assistant, Inventory Control Specialist, and Production Support Associate.

I also worked as a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, Manager of Credit Card Statements & Plastics, and Business Consultant.

My experience includes helping clients with issues, concerns, and daily interactions. I also have experience in inventory and quality control or testing environments.

I’m a veteran of the Army and hold a BS in Computer Information Systems from Columbus State University. I’m comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and understand basic data confidentiality principles.
