What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my SaaS implementation, data migration, troubleshooting, and client-training experience to improve software adoption, data accuracy, and customer outcomes.

I've supported SaaS implementations, CRM data migrations, and B2B software clients at Redtail Technology, BRI COBRA, and benefitexpress for more than 15 years. I investigate data discrepancies, validate transfers, test software functionality, and identify root causes to keep client implementations accurate and on track.

At Redtail Technology, I managed concurrent onboarding projects, automated spreadsheet processes with Excel macros, led virtual training, and wrote help articles. I translate technical processes into clear guidance while partnering with Engineering, Product, clients, and internal teams to improve the customer experience.
