In my IoT Internship at Novitech, I developed and tested IoT-based prototypes using sensors and microcontrollers. I implemented real-time data monitoring systems and optimized code by debugging system issues, improving overall performance by 20%, while reducing hardware response time by 15%. I also collaborated with a team of 4 to complete the project within deadlines.

Through my BCA education and training, I built a foundation in programming, databases, and web technologies, including MongoDB training (CRUD, Aggregation, Indexing, Transactions, and Atlas integration). I’ve earned certifications in IoT, process mining fundamentals, and GenerativeAI, and I achieved a 9.5 CGPA with a department topper position. I’m excited to contribute to a BPO environment by ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accuracy, and supporting business operations.
