What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote recruiting or People Operations role where I can work with minimal structure, manage stakeholders directly, and support U.S. business hours in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time.

At Brasil Vet Clínica Veterinária, I was the company's only recruiter, handling the full hiring cycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding. I conducted 30+ interviews and made 15+ hires in a high-turnover environment.

I also ran People Operations at Brasil Vet, managing employee documentation, internal policy, performance follow-up, and offboarding. I implemented a bi-weekly training program while restructuring operating routines.

At Viação Garcia, I served as a primary contact for clients and partner agencies, managing escalations and following cases through to closure. I rebuilt and documented operating processes across a multi-agency network and used SSW as the daily system of record.

Earlier, as a volunteer with AIESEC, I led selection of international volunteers, NGO candidates, and program hosts, supporting sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and visa documentation. I use AI tools for research, screening against clear criteria, and drafting communications, and I'm available for fully remote roles and U.S. business hours.
