I’m a highly organized, detail-driven professional with experience coordinating billing, equipment orders, and fast-moving projects across remote and high-volume environments. I’m known for accuracy in billing and documentation, clear communication, and keeping complex work moving forward without losing track of priorities.

In my current role as a Billing / Equipment Coordinator at Miner Corporation (remote), I manage end-to-end coordination of new equipment orders from multiple sales representatives. I order parts, track shipments, communicate timelines and delays to clients and internal teams, and prepare and submit invoices for both service incidents and large-scale projects.

I also process up to 50+ pay applications monthly for general contractors, using multiple billing platforms including GC Pay, Textura, Oracle, Coupa, Taulia, and Trimble Pay. I track project financials, maintain detailed Excel reports for sales presentations, coordinate installation scheduling with project managers, and review and submit contracts to legal to ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

Previously, I managed service operations for internal vehicle reconditioning and customer repairs at The Bear Lot, including scheduling, parts ordering, vendor coordination, OSHA visits, and insurance claims. Before that, as a General Manager at NAPA Auto Parts, I led a team of 12–15 employees, handled cash and reconciliations, oversaw inventory control, and maintained compliance—building the operational discipline I bring to every billing and coordination effort.
