What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service experience to deliver efficient, accurate support, strengthen customer satisfaction, and help drive revenue growth—while expanding my knowledge inside the organization to meet company targets.

I’m a Customer service representative with experience in telecommunications customer support at Sagility Telecommunications (2020-2022) and Sutherland Telecommunications (2022-2025). I focus on enabling growth in revenue while providing good quality service through efficiency and accuracy, staying organized and deadline-driven.

Alongside customer service, I bring security officer experience that strengthens my confidence and ability to handle sensitivity professionally.
