I’m a results-oriented HR and operations professional with a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, and hands-on experience in HR operations, client relations, and logistics coordination. I’m adept at managing data and communicating across teams to support organizational goals, especially in an IT-enabled remote environment.

In my Human Resource Intern role, I processed employee appraisal forms across multiple business units, produced daily and weekly activity reports for management, and supported employee training and career development requests. I also handled official correspondence (emails and memos) from line managers, maintaining professional standards while staying organized and responsive.

Earlier, as a Transport & Logistics Officer, I supervised drivers and coordinated fleet operations, maintained detailed fleet and personnel records, and conducted periodic maintenance audits for compliance. I’m now actively pursuing certifications in Business Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to strengthen my ability to drive business development activities through strong stakeholder engagement.
