What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready People Operations/HR role where I can run structured HR documentation, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and deliver reliable HR analytics—while collaborating in a fast-paced environment that values confidentiality and process improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented HR and Operations professional supporting the full lifecycle of HR tasks with minimal supervision. I bring strong follow-through, structured documentation, and the ability to reduce administrative load on leadership—supported by my work coordinating records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR milestones with Google Sheets trackers.

In my current remote HR & Operations Support Intern role at Perch Consults Limited, I maintain version-controlled employee/consultant records, manage recruitment pipelines, draft HR correspondence, and track performance review dates and contract renewals. Previously, I served as an Administrative & Operations Officer for a service-based small business, overseeing order logs, scheduling, supplier relationships, inventory support, customer communications, and basic bookkeeping—bringing the same confidentiality, organization, and operational discipline into HR.
