I’m a customer service and administrative professional with experience supporting clients, stakeholders, and organizational operations. I handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests through multiple channels while keeping professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at the center of my work.

In my current role, I provide customer support and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution. I maintain accurate records and documentation, collaborate with departments to resolve escalated issues, and prepare reports that support service-delivery improvement initiatives.

Previously, as a Data Entry Clerk, I managed customer and operational data with accuracy and confidentiality. I supported client communication and issue tracking, identified and resolved data discrepancies affecting service delivery, and contributed to process improvement initiatives.

I also bring frontline customer support experience and community-focused volunteer support, including feedback collection and response handling. I’m detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong at problem solving and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.
