What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to build a strong career in corporate finance by applying my 6+ years of service and leadership experience and my BBA in Finance—supporting organizational growth while developing deeper financial expertise.

I have 6+ years of experience in customer service, team leadership, and training within a fast-paced BPO environment. I’m proven at managing international campaigns and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent service quality.

In my current role as Assistant Team Leader/Trainer/Customer Service Representative, I manage and supervise teams to hit performance targets. I provide training and development programs, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies to optimize workflow.

I’ve also enhanced client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining clear communication, and I’ve played a key role in onboarding and mentoring new employees. Recently completed BBA in Finance, and I’m adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to build corporate finance expertise while supporting organizational growth.
