What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide autism-focused one-on-one support, collect accurate behavior data, and use positive routines and communication with families—while protecting privacy and delivering timely, high-quality documentation.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician with 3+ years of healthcare industry, call center, and customer service experience. I focus on providing timely, accurate information while strictly following policies, procedures, and guidelines to support patient privacy and confidentiality.

In my RBT roles, I implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect data on behavior targets, and assist with assessment and modification of behavior, while documenting activities, conditions, and incident details.

I also bring experience working directly with children, including helping children learn in ways they enjoy, using consistent routines and positive guidance strategies. I maintain safety, keep accurate records, and support strong communication with parents, children, and staff.

Beyond behavioral care, I’ve supported patients and customers through medical office and call center environments—handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting with electronic billing issues, and using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) tools such as Therap EHR and Catalyst Software. I’m certified in HIPAA Essentials and CPR/First Aid/AED, and I’m trained in medical billing and coding (ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT) to strengthen documentation accuracy and quality.
