What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ABA role where I can deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams while supporting families through high-quality documentation and caregiver training.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 6+ years of experience providing ABA services across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings. I focus on behavior assessment, individualized treatment implementation, and data-based decision making that keep care grounded in clinical integrity and strong documentation.

I collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress, support treatment modifications, and deliver caregiver training and parent support. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I build rapport with families while ensuring compliance with BACB, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance requirements, and I’ve trained and mentored newly hired RBTs.
