I’m a dynamic learning, program, and community leader with 15+ years of experience spanning instructional design, learning and development, customer success, program management, and nonprofit leadership. I’ve built curricula and learning experiences that strengthen organizations and directly support learners, teams, and communities.

In senior and operational roles—like Senior Director of Programs and teaching-focused leadership—I’ve combined program management with hands-on instruction and community engagement. I bring a practical, learner-centered approach shaped by work across arts education, workforce development, and AI education, including curriculum development and accessibility-focused learning design.

I also strengthen strategy with data and tools: I’ve leveraged data analytics, SQL, Python, Power BI, and technologies such as Canvas and Storyline to improve learning outcomes and program decisions.
