I've led product engineering, technology strategy, and digital transformation across web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, AI, and agentic AI ecosystems for more than 19 years.

As Fractional CTO at Lancers Club, I advise clients on scalable software architecture, technology selection, system integration, and implementation planning. I translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead architecture and code reviews, and mentor engineering teams through complex delivery challenges.

Previously, I led 12 resources as Engineering Manager at Mapsted, working across product enhancements, SDK releases, client onboarding, support, and quality delivery. As CTO at Risk Memo, I drove Flutter projects, established Firebase and databases, developed Firebase cloud functions, and delivered Vue 3 work.

My experience also includes leading mobile and backend development teams at Creative Capsule, product lifecycle delivery at OneShield, and technical project leadership across Android, iOS, Node.js, AWS, Flutter, and Vue.js. I'm focused on helping startups and growing organizations define their technology vision, build strong teams, and deliver innovative digital products.
