At Ontic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I own end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and HRIS administration to benefits, exits, and employee support.
During a five-month HR leadership transition, I took independent ownership of the People Operations function and partnered with leadership, managers, and Finance to maintain continuity. I also partner with managers on employee feedback, people concerns, and difficult conversations.
I enhanced CORE (Culture & Onboarding Experience) to improve the structure and consistency of the new-joiner journey, and supported the company’s scale-up by closing 15 critical Engineering and Product roles.
Earlier, at IndiHire HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd., I delivered end-to-end technology recruitment for clients across several industries. I use HR and talent platforms alongside AI tools to support research, communications, documentation, and repeatable People Operations workflows.
