I’m an L2 Production Support Engineer with 6.5 years of experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases in high-availability production environments. I manage P1–P3 incidents within SLA, run Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate to deliver permanent fixes.

I provide L2 technical support across application, API, and backend layers, diagnosing issues end-to-end and maintaining production stability. I execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity, investigate production failures, and resolve customer-reported incidents, while performing database backup, recovery, and data validation.

I also focus on proactive operations: monitoring application performance, analyzing logs and system alerts, and completing deployment/release validation and post-release stabilization. I strengthen teams with SOP and knowledge base documentation, automate recurring database tasks using SQL Events, and support operational excellence in cloud-hosted (Azure) application support environments.
