What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on Application/Production Support role where I can own L2 incidents end-to-end, collaborate closely with DevOps and developers, and keep improving service reliability through RCA, SLA discipline, and strong API/DB troubleshooting.

I’m an Application Support Engineer with 2.5+ years of end-to-end ownership of an enterprise SaaS product, handling L2 production incidents while working the full investigation loop—microservices debugging, Linux log triage, and MySQL investigations. I validate REST API behavior with Postman, ensuring payload correctness and integration fixes before deployment.

I’m methodical under pressure: I perform root cause analysis to prevent repeat escalations, maintain SLA adherence, and coordinate with DevOps and client teams to restore service before issues reach higher severity. I also support deployment validation (including rollback planning and smoke testing) and strengthen team execution by documenting recurring incident patterns, resolutions, and workarounds.
