I've led enterprise HR transformation for Rajhans Group’s 7,000+ employee, four-vertical business, rebuilding HR governance in six months and delivering zero statutory compliance incidents across multi-state operations. I strengthened retention through Hays/Mercer-benchmarked compensation, launched a three-tier Leadership Academy, and digitized workforce operations through Darwinbox.
