At Notive, I manage a portfolio of ICT projects spanning webshops, native apps, middleware and internal platforms. I take projects from kick-off through delivery, translating stakeholder needs into priorities, plans and backlogs that development teams can build from.
For a large programme, I worked the project out from A to Z into a backlog of more than 1,000 tickets, with estimates and planning. I’ve also managed native apps for iOS and Android, a retail middleware programme, and a drag-and-drop mailing editor built with the team.
I also built BierChecker, my own product, from the concept through the website and two native apps. With an engineering background from Delft University of Technology and sales experience at Coolblue, I can work with both development teams and clients; after go-live, I stay involved as the client’s point of contact.
