What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role leading benefits and wellbeing programs where I can design data-driven strategies, manage vendors, and partner cross-functionally to improve employee health and engagement.

I am a strategic benefits and wellbeing leader with extensive experience designing and managing large-scale health and wellbeing programs for tens of thousands of employees. I combine MBA and MPH training with hands-on program design, vendor management, and data-driven evaluation to drive measurable results.

At my current role I lead US benefits and wellbeing initiatives for a global organization, guiding compliance, vendor selection, and cross-functional implementation while presenting program performance and recommendations to senior leadership. I have led implementations such as onsite mental health provider services and a global EAP vendor RFP to improve access and operational excellence.

Earlier roles in health systems and wellness services sharpened my skills in engagement strategy, staff development, and outcomes measurement — including campaigns that increased participation and reduced tobacco use. I prioritize collaborative partnerships, continuous improvement, and creating inclusive, sustainable wellbeing solutions.
