At Deloitte USI, I lead QA for Travelers Insurance CRM Analytics dashboards used by underwriting and claims executives. I validate data from Salesforce CRM through CRM Analytics to the dashboard layer, including pipelines, transformations, filters, and business KPIs.
I built and execute automated regression and smoke test suites in Copado Robotic Testing, reducing manual regression effort each sprint. I also test access controls and dashboard visibility, and own defect analysis, retesting, and closure.
Earlier at Deloitte USI, I tested dashboards for policy lifecycle, claims, renewals, and agent performance, and validated Salesforce data with SOQL. I also tested mobile experiences for field agents and created test scenarios, traceability matrices, and regression packs.
