I’m a QA Test Engineer with 7+ years of experience across Manual Testing, Salesforce (SFDC) testing, Pega testing, and Selenium automation. I focus on functional and regression testing for enterprise and healthcare applications where accuracy and reliability matter.
In my recent roles, I’ve performed Salesforce testing for employee commercial workflows and claims processing modules, validating queries and claims workflows against business process scenarios. I execute functional and regression testing across multiple modules and complete end-to-end testing of customer-impacting functionalities.
I also bring strong backend and integration discipline, writing SQL queries for backend database validation and supporting API testing fundamentals using Postman/SOAP UI. I log and track defects, collaborate with developers and business analysts, and help ensure defects follow a clear life cycle through resolution.
Working in Agile/Scrum environments, I participate in ceremonies like sprint planning and daily standups. I prepare test cases and scenarios, run automation test cycles using Selenium, and consistently aim to improve product quality through disciplined testing across the SDLC/STLC.
