What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA leadership role where I can drive Salesforce test automation, strengthen API and production release validation, mentor teams, and continuously improve QA processes through effective test strategy and automation.

I’m a QA Lead with 9+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance across Salesforce, Insurance, Healthcare, and Home Services. I lead Agile delivery by designing test strategies, executing end-to-end validation, and managing production release quality.

In my most recent role, I built a Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) framework from scratch and automated 500+ regression test cases from a 1,500+ suite. I reduced regression execution from 4 days to 1 day (about 75%) while supporting 45+ successful production releases.

I mentor QA engineers and drive collaboration through sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming. I focus on defect triage, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to keep delivery dependable.

My work spans functional, regression, integration, API, end-to-end, UAT, and production validation—especially within Salesforce Sales Cloud modules. I enjoy strengthening automation frameworks and using modern tools to improve productivity and test coverage.
