At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I tested Salesforce workflows and standard and custom objects, from Lead conversion and Opportunity lifecycles to reports, dashboards, and security settings.
I prepared test scenarios, test cases, test data, and RTMs, then executed functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT cycles. I also used SQL to validate backend data and Jira to document defects and verify fixes.
I supported more than eight production releases with smoke testing and post-production validation, contributing to near-zero production defect leakage. In later roles, I tested Service Cloud features including Case Management and Email-to-Case.
