At Accenture, I supported Salesforce-based applications and enterprise integrations for a global Top 5 pharmaceutical client. I tested Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud against business requirements.
I designed and executed test cases across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing. My work included Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, approval workflows, and integrations with MuleSoft and AWS-connected systems.
I used JIRA and Proton to track and retest defects, supported UAT, and performed API testing with Postman. I also contributed to automation testing initiatives using Tricentis Tosca and Playwright, and hold Salesforce Administrator and Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 certifications.
