I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build strong program systems, coach teams, and use data-informed planning to support the wellbeing of children and families—while fostering a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.

Early childhood education leader with 20 years of experience across Head Start, Early Head Start, and public and private preschool settings. Known for a thoughtful, collaborative leadership style grounded in strong relationships, clear communication, and responsiveness to the needs of children, families, and staff. Experienced in systems development and data-informed planning, with an emphasis on supporting the wellbeing of children and families within the context of their communities. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
