What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client support, order processing, operations, or logistics role where I can manage high-volume requests, maintain accurate records, coordinate delivery details, and provide responsive customer service.

At the National Center for Housing Management, I coordinated client support, event logistics, and 500–600 sets of training materials and related orders each month.

I managed 380–500 programs annually, keeping schedules, materials, shipping details, customer information, and communications accurate from preparation through completion. I worked closely with instructors, customers, vendors, hotels, and internal teams across multiple states to keep services and deliveries on schedule.
