At Lowe's, I turned a branded demand surge into +228% search revenue and +557 bps adjusted margin, led a category review delivering $1.05M annualised impact, and designed recommendation logic that lifted AOV by 4.5% to 5.9%. I also built forecasting and gap-to-plan reporting adopted by roughly 50 analysts, plus a competitive intelligence tool that replaced three hours of weekly manual comparison per analyst.
Previously in Reliance Retail's CEO's Office, I diagnosed retention across a 32,000-merchant B2B network and built assortment, pricing, and monetisation tools. My GTIN-scanning intelligence tool supported a business case that onboarded a district-level wheat brand and scaled to ₹80 Cr in incremental revenue.
