What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated IT professional focused on operational support and strong customer relations. In my current Selling Partner Support Senior Associate role at Amazon development center, I provide timely, accurate operational support to Amazon selling partners and communicate via email to understand seller needs.
I’m known for problem-solving and communication skills that help drive measurable improvements. I also identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and clients are supported within deadlines.
