I’m a dedicated IT professional focused on operational support and strong customer relations. In my current Selling Partner Support Senior Associate role at Amazon development center, I provide timely, accurate operational support to Amazon selling partners and communicate via email to understand seller needs.

I’m known for problem-solving and communication skills that help drive measurable improvements. I also identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and clients are supported within deadlines.

Previously at Concentrix Service India Pvt. Ltd (Walmart), I resolved customer queries related to refund and order issues. I’ve also strengthened customer satisfaction by changing a DSAT to CSAT through convincing communication, and I was promoted as acting SME while maintaining a team of more than 25 members.

Earlier, as a Customer Support Associate at Sutherland Global Services Pvt. Ltd, I communicated technical issues to colleagues and customers with a gaming background. I handled frustrated and impatient clients with the right temperament, focused on root cause analysis, and created clear resolution plans; even before support roles, I built momentum in business development by meeting prospective customers and achieving BYJU’S sales targets.
