At Sutherland Global Services, I supported e-commerce sellers and later served as a Senior Associate – Selling Partner Support SME. I guided sellers through complex queries and escalations, and trained new team members on client-specific policies and tools.
I also worked as an Academic Counsellor at BYJU'S Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd, guiding students and parents on learning programs and helping them find suitable courses. For my final-year project, I developed a microprocessor-based embedded system for real-time transformer load sharing.
