At Indus Towers, I monitor network elements using SNMP-based polling to detect alarms, isolate faults, and support proactive maintenance across multiple sites. I analyze alarm patterns to distinguish genuine faults from transient events and reduce unnecessary field dispatches.

Previously, as a Network Engineer – UNOC at Airtel Telesonic Networks Limited, I provided L1/L2 support for incidents across newly launched Airtel sites. I troubleshot connectivity issues including PPPoE authentication failures, link flaps, latency, and packet drops, and handled active-alarm tickets through triage, escalation, and closure within SLA timelines.

I also performed and supported root-cause analysis, documented findings for runbooks and preventive actions, and coordinated with engineering, field, and vendor teams during outages and change activities. I’m looking to move into a Level 2 TAC role supporting enterprise Cisco infrastructure, and I’m comfortable with rotational night and weekend shifts.
