I’m looking to lead end-to-end Salesforce and Agentic/GenAI transformation—building teams, owning P&L and delivery metrics, and partnering with executives to ship automation across multi-cloud enterprise ecosystems.

I’m a results-driven technology executive with 28+ years of experience leading Salesforce practices, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise program delivery. I build and scale high-performance teams (100+ resources), align technology strategy to business outcomes, and drive digital transformation through Agentic AI, GenAI, and multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.

I’ve delivered GenAI-enabled customer and CRM experiences—building agentic automation using frameworks like Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and RAG with OpenAI 4o. I also own delivery and accountability end-to-end: managing P&L, KPIs, and SLA compliance; creating SOWs and pre-sales offers; and mentoring teams through Agile/Scrum and SAFe execution.

Delivered GenAI initiatives including an OpenAI 4o RAG-powered chatbot portal and POCs for Data Cloud and Agentforce, while managing HubSpot and Pardot integrations and overseeing SOWs plus P&L, KPI, and SLA compliance.
