What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integration architecture where I can guide delivery teams, strengthen release governance, and build secure, scalable solutions for regulated industries.

At Verisk Analytics, I lead 11 developers and administrators supporting a 5,400-user Salesforce organization. I built Agentforce Service and Employee Agents with 19 Topics and 45 custom Actions, deflecting 3,100 support interactions each month and improving evaluated answer accuracy from 71% to 94%.

Previously at NICE Ltd, I architected Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for 1,700 agents and 40,000 portal users. I designed 24 Dell Boomi and MuleSoft integrations, built scalable Apex architecture for 90 million-record objects, and implemented security controls that passed a SOC 2 assessment with no exceptions.

My Salesforce background spans administration, declarative automation, Apex development, Lightning Web Components, large data volume design, integration architecture, and release governance. I also bring hands-on experience delivering HIPAA- and SOC 2-aligned Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Shield solutions.
