I’m looking for a role where I can own client success and account growth using data-driven reporting, strengthen long-term partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, onboarding, and revenue outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Account Management & Customer Success professional with 12.5+ years of experience across real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and FMCG. I focus on building long-term relationships while improving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

In my current role as Account Manager (Client Data Management, Portfolio & Customer Success) at Housing.com (REA India), I manage client data operations, portfolio management, and customer success activities across my region. I use analytics and data-driven operations to strengthen engagement and performance, while handling onboarding, issue resolution, and service account management.

Previously at OYO Hotels & Rooms, I managed hotel partner relationships and drove portfolio growth through onboarding and key account retention. I worked on occupancy and revenue improvement, conducted competitor analysis and market surveys, and maintained MIS reporting and dashboards for management review.
