What I'm looking for

I am looking for a client-facing operational or administrative role where I can use my claims, reporting, and process-improvement skills in a collaborative team environment.

I am a motivated operations and communications professional with hands-on experience in claims advising, administration, and event operations. I bring strong customer-service, reporting, and problem-solving skills developed across roles in claims handling, operations, logistics, and hospitality.

At Sitel Group I process and mediate client claims for the Airbnb campaign, researching policy and compiling evidence to resolve cases. Previously, I supported HR and operations at Ace Management, produced reports, coordinated communications, and maintained high standards of administrative efficiency.

I hold a Diploma in Engineering & Business from Nanyang Polytechnic where I collaborated on integrated projects and product development.
